EUROKOP-PLAST is a privately owned, family-operated manufacturing company established in 1992, specializing in the production of plastic products and innovative plastic panels for the construction industry.
For more than three decades, we have developed our production capabilities, technical expertise and product portfolio to meet the evolving needs of both domestic and international markets.
Our products are supplied across Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Italy, Serbia and other European markets, with a growing focus on international partnerships and export opportunities.

Established in the early 1990s as a licensed manufacturing company, EUROKOP-PLAST has built its experience around plastic processing, product manufacturing, engineering and production management.

Kadri Llabjani
Owner & Founder
I began my journey in business in 2000 through a family business in the woodworking industry. In the early years, we focused on the production of wooden doors and windows. This period became the foundation of my experience in business, manufacturing, and building strong and lasting relationships with our customers.
Over the years, together with my family, we decided to expand our activities and enter the plastics industry. We initially began producing plastic cups and plates, and as the company developed, we also expanded into the production of plastic panels for the construction industry. Every step of this development has been the result of hard work, dedication, and the ambition to build something sustainable for the future.
For me, building a business has never been solely about production or economic growth. It has been a journey built on responsibility, trust, and honest relationships with customers, employees, and business partners. Throughout the years, I have always believed that product quality must go hand in hand with integrity and respect for the people we work with.
Today, the company continues to focus on the production of plastic cups, plates, and plastic panels for the construction industry. I am proud of the journey we have taken and the foundation we have built over the years. To me, success is not only about what we have achieved so far, but also about our ability to move forward, adapt to changing times, and maintain the standards that have guided us from the beginning.

I have been part of this family business since 2000, when I joined my brother, Kadri Llabjani, on the journey of developing the company. From the very beginning, I have been directly involved in the business, starting as a worker and gradually taking on greater responsibilities in the management and development of the company.
As one of the youngest members of the team at that time, I had the opportunity to develop valuable knowledge of production technology and machinery operations. This technical experience, combined with my dedication and ambition to achieve more, helped me grow into a leadership and management role.
Today, my responsibilities include the overall management of the business, staff and production, work organization, procurement, customer and partner relations, sales, market development, and financial aspects of the business. To me, management is not simply about organizing work; it is about taking responsibility for every decision that influences product quality and customer trust.
Responsibility, integrity, dedication, quality, respect, vision, and reliability are the values that have guided me throughout this journey. I remain committed to the continued growth of the company, maintaining its standards, and delivering high-quality and competitive products to the market.
